Who issues official forecasts for the Atlantic?

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, part of NOAA's National Weather Service, issues the official track, intensity forecast and cone for every Atlantic storm, plus US watches and warnings. Other countries issue their own warnings. HurriTracker redraws NHC's data and is not an official source.
