HurriTracker is an independent informational website. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or submit abusive registrations.

Weather information and safety

Our live coverage uses NHC and CPHC products for the Atlantic and eastern and central Pacific. Worldwide historical records are provided separately. We do not issue official warnings or our own forecasts. Maps, distances and arrival estimates can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

Use your national weather service and local authorities for emergency decisions. Do not rely on this site as your sole source for evacuation, navigation or protecting life and property. Read our disclaimer and data sources.

Alert waitlist

Registration currently saves your email address and selected location in our database. Storm emails and confirmation emails are not enabled. Joining does not guarantee future delivery or access. If email delivery becomes available, you will need to verify your email address before receiving storm alerts.

Do not register someone else’s address without permission. Our privacy policy explains registration storage, optional analytics and deletion requests.

Data and permitted use

Storm records, map tiles and place data come from sources identified on our About page. Their licenses and attribution requirements continue to apply. Availability on HurriTracker does not give you ownership of third-party material.

You may link to our pages and cite data with its original source. Automated access must respect access controls and avoid excessive requests that disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free data or a particular update time. Features and data sources may change or be withdrawn. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

When these terms change, we will update this page and its revision date. Check the current terms when using the site.
